I still frequent my naval candling treatment, it really got the above effects ( provided is done in a right method by a trained therapist ) at minimum my tummy slim down lots... I don't think can DIY ownself unless you know all those draining massage.

appleroses, the therapist will use the naval candles place on our naval, while the candle is burning, she will do draining massage on our tummy area, after the candle finish burning, she will give you a thermal wrap treatment. The whole process is very comfy, no pain, don't worry infacts if your absortion is fast, you will feel your tummy much lighter. They will open up the naval candle to show you how dirty is inside the candle As for me, i really see result, it works well on me, as tummy flatten down, my waist line also slim down...

dollishchic, actually for my case during my very 1st session i already can see the result, tummy lighter, before that i always got constipation, after few treatments no more constipation... till now i still following up the treatment at least every weekly to maintain the result.
