I do use the Cocoa Butter as well as the Soya creamy wash for dry skin once in a while. It is creamy & there is no tightness in skin after a rinse if that's what you are looking for. BTW All TBS shower gel & creamy wash except for Cocoa Butter[this cost a dollar or two more IIRC] are $9.90. There was a price reduction for most items @ TBS a few months back!

Hey Trish, The scrub is but since you are not much of a scrubber, try the body balm. I like this & the hand & feet butter. In fact I think you can live off samples. Would pass you a sample pot!

Thanks Farah and Shon! I didn't know there is a price reduction. Can I ask if TBS in heartlands are cheaper or same price? I saw from the news when they first opened one in Toa Payoh (or Bedok?), they mentioned something like adjusting prices for TBS in hearltlands. Any truth?

Rach, don't know if I can be of any help here. But I think the prices for heartlands and downtown are the same. At least that is what I see in Hougang and Tampines

Vonnie-> Oops...that's not what I meant. Pardon me as I'm groggy from lack of sleep. TBS have outlets now at Bedok Central (HDB residential areas). What I meant was are prices the same for these TBS outlets. I don't mean TBS found in heartlands shopping malls Do I make sense?

The price in HDB heartlands are the same. Bedok is their newest addition & right smack in the middle of the estates within walking distance from the bus interchange & this one sells items @ the same price, @ least the kids bath bubbles, massage cream & home fragrance oil are the same.

Ahhhh.... you mean those stand alone shop amongst all the other HDB shops.... Sorry, I am of no help here. Have not been to those outlets

I think the price will be the same for all TBS items selling in Sigapore. Cheaper prices will be only offered when there is sale on.

Hah! So those PR people from TBS were lying on national tv They said something like to entice the different crowd at these residential areas, they will adjust the price. Whatever l-o-h... bluff

I think what they meant is that they have reduced some of their prices like shower gel to $9.90 in all outlets. They'll also be opening new outlets in residential areas. This is their new strategy to reach out the HDB heartlanders. I don't think they mean differential pricing for outlets in town and residential area.

I wouldn't even call it a price reductions because they're totally different products! They discontinued my fav JuiceIt range. Why oh why? The shower gels used to cost $12.90.

They replaced it with the new range of grapeseed, mango, papaya etc. which cost $9.90.

How does this translate to lower prices when they're different products?

Juice-it were a long time ago yeah? Did you catch the 2 for $9.90 exfoliating scrub + shower gel they had a few weeks back? I do love the Tomato Shower gel lots. A real pity they stop making them.

Btw when the launch Papaya Shower gel, it was $12.90. Then again, I seldom make any purchase if there isn't any sale or I do not have any vouchers @ my disposal, so I could be wrong!
