    Default Bad experience

    I've bought a Kate spade Renwick Street Quinn tote bag from reebonz last week and have just received the delivery today.
    I am deeply disappointed by the purchase!!
    Firstly, there was a unmistakable scratch/bump across the tag.
    Secondly, the bag was much smaller than what I'd expected. Brands like LV and Longchamp quote the 'length' of the bag according to the length across the BASE of the bag. In the LV website, for example, the length of the Neverfull MM bag is 32cm.
    In the reebonz website, the length of this KS tote was stated as 39.5cm. Since I've been looking for a medium-large tote bag, this fits my criteria.
    However, then the bag came, it was so small. in fact, it's smaller than the Longchamp medium-size tote. When I checked back the sizing chart, I realized that reebonz has a different definition of 'length'. They define it as the length across the MIDDLE section of the bag. The bag used in their generic sizing chart has the same length across the base and the middle section.
    The KS tote I bought was featured with the sides tucked in, giving the impression that it was a regular, rectangular bag. NOWHERE in the product description was there an indication that the length across is NOT the same at base, at the middle section or the top section. NOWHERE in the product description was there a description that clarifies that the bag is NOT a rectangular shaped one unlike what the pictures showed.
    Last but not least, when I decided to do more research online regarding the bag and prices, guess what?
    Loves-coach and a few other sites are selling the same bag at S$188!! I bought it from Reebonz at S$299!! In fact, the pricing description was: Original price-S$450, After discount-S$299, You save-S$151. If I were to sell this bag, I'd have already made a loss of S$111!!!
    I have already written to them asking for a refund - I do not want the credits (their T&C said refund would be in the form of credits); I want a full monetary refund instead.
    While I await anxiously for their reply (and in the meantime pour my woes here ), I just want to check if anyone has similar experience? Do you think I can report this to CASE if they do not give me a full refund?

    sigh reebonz is still more ex if you travel alot to the out mall in usa for brands like coach or kate spade trust me u will get better choice at fraction of the cost and every novemeber in us 24th nov there is is black friday everything is going dirt cheap..... no point buying online the only thing is get a big luggage for your purchase

    I think you need to be fair...unless your friend or you yourself travelling to US or else we wouldnt have the chance to go to the outlets. Buying online is convenience for everyone without travelling to that particular place and needless to say of course the price will be higher or else what they going to earn. They are not even the flagship store. Even the brands flagship retail store in SIN is much higher than in US. So are you going to tell me to go US store and buy since some of the items i cant get online?

    i've used reebonz 2-3 times & I've no issues with them, i bought a KS wrislet from them & it reached me 3days after payment. just my 2cents worth opinion

    I worked in Reebonz before. The delivery usually takes two to three working days. If you still did not receive your item, you can still contact their customer service. And if the item is defective, you can still call back Reebonz, telling them that the item is defective, they might provide an exchange of the item, depending on how defective the item is.

    Me too I received my bag this afternoon and found that there are scratched at the magnetic tab... I really doubt is this brand new .... Really disappointed..

    Default 2nd Purchase from Reebonz .. Disappointed

    I received my small bag (Prada) from Reeboz today and the bag doesn't come with the Dust bag and it's only wrap in plastic when I purchased a vanity pouch at LV, it comes with the dust bag and a nicer box.
    I would not buy from Reebonz again. I would rather pay just a little bit more to enjoy the service.

    My friend bought a YSL clutch bag from Reebonz. Maybe she is one of the lucky ones, she has no complains regard to the bag she received.

    I just saw this thread. Now, I'm worried about my sister's purchase in reebonz. She just purchase a coach bag yesterday. I'll take a look at it then I'll post as soon as possible. I hope her bag do not have any problems.

    Reebonz is not that cheap also I saw a kate spade bag in pink and small size, this is a handbag their price is $399 but then at cozycot store in orchard I only bought it for $200++ in good condition. I am thinking now if reebonz is selling brand new or second hand? my one from cozycot store is brand new with dust bag.

    I think Reebonz is quite okay.

    I had bought a Prada bag, a Miu Miu key pouch and a Coach bag from them before. So had my sister. All turned out well.

    The Prada bag was bought nearly 2 years ago and I had to send it to Prada boutique in Singapore for repair.due to wear and tear. So their stuff are definitely authentic.

    Hi ladies! here is the bag that my sister bought. It was sealed properly in a box when delivered. I'm glad that my sis' bag was ok at all. There was no damage and it looked brand new. My sis was satisfied with her purchase. So I guess she's lucky.
