Which Branded Bag is good?

I'm buying for my wife a hand bag but I have no idea for branded stuff. Would you mind share with me your preference which branded bag is good or long lasting?

Oh and roughly how much will it cost?

Branded bags, no matter which brand, are normally quite lasting, especially if you take good care of it. I guess it depends on your wife's preferences. Like for me I love Burberry a lot whereas Prada, LV or Gucci doesn't really catch my fancy. You can go and look at those brands' official websites just to see the styles they currently have and a rough estimate of how much it would be.

Also recommend this website reebonz.com where you can get branded bags at a price much cheaper than in boutiques. Have to be a member before you can browse though. Sign up is free.

Last but not least, maybe find one weekend, bring your wife around city area to shop around, especially around ION, Taka etc, and pretend to point out bags you think she might like. You'll get a better clue of what she likes that way.

I don't think all branded bags last longer just because of the brand. Make sure the material and hardware are sturdy is the most important.

Maybe you can do like what my bf did... He brings me out shopping & randomly he says to window shop some branded shops.. When I went in, I wow to those designs that I fancy & after which, he surprise me by giving me on another day.

Maybe you can take note on what design she may like when you bring her out & when she set her eyes on sth, you buy that for her? =)

Nordstrom makes really great quality handbags for a reasonable amount of money. You can't go wrong with that. You made a great choice AND it was on sale. You gotta love that.
I bought a Nordstrom bag once. The one that I got has a really nice soft leather. Kept it for years before I sold it in ebay and even then the leather was still nice. I think its a good buy.

Yes yes Nordstrom is great! they have every imaginable brand possible!! but i've stopped buying bags.. for now at least.. just went on a shopping spree in europe and regretting every bit of it now

It depends on your price range.

If it's less than 1k, I think you can go for Coach.

If it's about 1-2k, you can go for Gucci.

If it's about 2-3k, you can go for Prads, Yve Saint Laurent and Louis Vuitton.

If you have more than 5k to blow, definitely Chanel or Hermes.

If considering the budget, should go to Kate Spade because their design is really nice. Shining shimmering mostly is their designs.

But honestly I am in love with Miu Miu bags the only problem is that most of the time their bags is tooooo heavy even without putting anything inside yet.
But when it comes with the design and brand this is my favorite Miu Miu.
I feel like LV and PRADA plus Burberry is getting common and common but of course it is still the leading brand.
But Yeah i also agree if you have high budget go buy hermes ***!!!!

You are so right! I used to love Gucci bags but the logo is so obvious, it becomes so cheap looking! I am in love with the proenza schouler 1. Its sooooooo understated. Anyone know how much it is retailing for right now? I'm too afraid to take a look!
