As for the Lamb collection, I do like many of the styles, and I don't mind the colour too. But why gold hardware!??!

yeah the gold hardware totally put me off too

as for the tour de france print, there's also a two-pocket in the front handcarry tote that's pretty nice i think if you don't have files to carry around. oh and 2 sling bags too in the design. the range is quite limited but i think they carry the basic more saleable styles that's why

I was about to bring up this thread again after a gf of mine bought the most gorgeous lesportsac yesterday! Just wondering, anyone purchase from their website before? I saw a few prints that I quite fancy which I dont think is available locally, wondering how much it costs/long it takes to order from the website and get it shipped by vpost?

I like the Mega Barrel from Lamb series. Its advertised at $199!!! think its cheaper to get it elsewhere but after the courier service etc, it might be around the same price.

Does LeSportsac bags go out of fashion easily?

vinlongo,imho, I guess lesportsac bags are not even classified under the very "fashionable" category but classic casual bags...i mean how fashionable can the bags be when the styles are the same for years?...the only thing that varies are the prints!
Anyway the Lamb series bags are more expensive than the normal ones....


mango, i was also thinking of getting a bag sometime back from the webby but was very glad that i didnt, the print came in to SG after a long long wait!so you might wana wait..
for shipping costs, we did a rough calculation and it's definitely more expensive to ship via vpost here.Bascially vpost will charge under the others category and thus, shipping would be calculated by the weight of the item(with box)...not worth it if u ask me but i understand the feeling of wanting it very badly

I wasn't willing to pay the slight premium for the Gwen Stefanie Lamb series but on real-life handling/ inspection, I do find it slightly better quality than the normal original series. Eg. the quality of the strap. Check out Taka to see if they happen to have what you want anyway? Which one you eyeing, Mango?

huh...fashionable?? I don't think and sure hope its not becoming 'fashionable' cause I don't usually buy/like 'fashionable' things, esp bags.

If you want fashionable, get one of those 'jelly' bags, I think they must extremely fashionable cause I see them absolutely everywhere!

they had pouches in the zoo print. not too sure if they brought in larger bags with that print too. i have the 3 zip pouch & like it lots. also, big rave for the medium tribeca. the shape & it fits ALOT! (when i'm staying over or going for a short trip, i managed to squeeze all my stuff inside with room to spare )

saw the 2nd print in dfs. not too sure if they have that style but worth checking out.

saw the zoo @ taka (they have larger bags but no tribeca), daisy @ isetan scotts too. (i think taka might have them too? can't remember )

i was eyeing both the concert + girlfriend bags! the first edition of l.a.m.b prints were nicer (they had a guitar strap for the sling + the words were smaller so more could fit into the bag, looks better imo) this season's words are too big... but the penmanship style looks good still only worried that i'll get it dirty cause it's white based i guess it all depends on what you need it for? if a casual going out bag, concert bag would be good, if it's to carry more stuff, girlfriend would be good! (i heard you can fit alot of things into the girlfriend bag )
