I am new here. Need some help...
Last year, i went to europe bought 2 longchmp bags. I get the custom officer to stamp me for VAT Refund in Amterdam airport but the LC bought in Paris.

I didn't manage to get the VAT refund to my credit cards after waiting for months.

How the process is like? I am going to Europe again few months later... this time must get it right.

Can someone help?

Give it 3 months. If you recorded down the tax refund number, you can check it on the website.

deebz this is not customization, but if you order longchamp from magnums.net now, embroidery of initials is free =)

Ordering from magnums seems cheaper (although can't choose hardware type etc but I don't mind. Main thing is the embossment) but a pity they don't have a preview function to show me what the bag would look like with the font type and font colour i have chosen. A little risky.

I'm now torn between ordering from Longchamps (shipping is very exp. US$50!) or magnums. Hmmm...
