OT, but i wanna rave about Che Che customer service.

I bought a bag from the store at Wheelock as a gift for mummy dearest and the Sa was very attentive, polite and helpful. Since the bag i bought was a beaded one, she also taught me how to take care of it and how i should clean it etc.

I mentioned that since the purchase would be a gift, there might be a chance that my mum would not like it and want to exchange for something else from the shop. And she was ok with it. In fact, a few days after the purchase, she called me and asked me if my mum likes the bag( she remembers!) and if any exchange is needed and readily offer to do so if needed.

The SA is such a and the CS is top-notch!
