Hihi
I always find that shops here skip my size.
E.g At Bugis/Far East, most clothes are "freesize" and fit up to 32~35" bust. After that they skip straight to plus size. Exceptions being bigger companies like h&m, uniqlo etc.
Or they have full shirring/elastic material and I look like bazhang cos I'm squeezing myself in it >_>
My budget is quite low, typical jobless student here hahaI'm looking to pay at most 1/4~1/2 of h&m's prices.
Any recommendations?
Just want to slowly build my casual wear wardrobe.
H&M size 42.
Hello,
if you are a slightly bigger gal, don't bother with Bugis Street or FEP because they mostly import china-manufactured clothes. The clothes are small and also lack curves. Kinda for more waifish gals.
I think F21 is not bad. Have you tried shopping on ASOS? It has all sorts of sizes and the material is awesome. I think H&M i damed overpriced since the pounds to sgd conversion rate is like damn high. ASOS is pretty expensive but the quality is good and sizes are quite accurate. Just raid the wholeplace when there is a sale! Dorothy Perkins is not bad as well. If you got money, try departmental stores for more upscale brands (not the cheapo auntie uncle section!)
