Evening Wear

I need to attend a wedding dinner which will be held at a banquet hall, and I dont know what to wear, I dont think a gown will do like those evening gowns,. and its next week,,

please suggest what to wear. I have broad shoulders and little flabby arms so cant think of wearing off shoulder type.

I am butt and thigh heavy.. dunno what to wear... is there any place in town where I can do good shopping ..i am a UK size 12.
