Renowned blogshops vs New blogshops

I've noticed that people tend to be more willing to spend with a renowned blogshop (eg: ohsofickle, modparade) rather than a new one.

Would you rather buy from a blogshop that you trust or a new blogshop you have never tried before when both of them are selling the same piece of clothing with the new blogshop selling it at cheaper price? why?

i guess ppl feel safe buying from a reowned blogshop? afterall they are there for soo long, you will not be afraid that they disappear. Also quality? I have bought from some blogshop sell replica of the real thing.

But if its a new blogshop but it sells different items then it's diff, i wouldnt wanna shop around when its all selling the same stuff.

I will give new blogshop a chance, since different people has different fashion sense. Also, ladies need different looks for different times of the week. Can't always stick to the same one, and not experiment other looks! it's same like make up!

I agree! And after buying from the reowned blogshop, you will feel the heartpain of spending the few bucks more for the same piece. But then again, I think having the assured quality is really important. And there has been alot of scams these few days already. ):

I think renowned blogshops earn their "reputation" over time, they too started as a new blogshop in the beginning....i think if the same item is sold both in a renowned and new blogshop with the latter selling cheaper, why not go for the cheaper one. If no one tries to buy from the new shop, then no one will ever know how good the new blogshop is. Who knows the new blogshop might be grow to famous over time just my 2 cents :D

I would buy from a renowned blogshop, cos first thing first, many of the new blogshop owners are young teenagers who just treat blogshop as a hobby and are usually careless, irresponsible sellers.

Thus i would still support renowned blogshop, ive shopped from clove-avenue.lj for almost 2 years. (:

For me i will buy from any blogshop so long as their clothes are nice, it does not matter whether its new or not. So long as its of good quality, and they are honest enough, i'm willing to splurge on any apparels that they are selling.

I think renowned blog shops somehow have better quality items, since they've been around for longer, I believe they know where to source for better quality items as well. Look at Bonito! and Dressabelle has pretty good quality items as well compared to some others.
