    Bad experience with Cleocat-Fashion

    Hi

    Just wondering if anyone has bought clothes online from Cleocat-fashion. Their service sucks. My friends and i bought 16 items in November 2008 (15 items is their munimum purchase). They have 5 of our items stolen and does not want to refund us. Instead, they insist of a one-for-one exchange in order to meet their munimum order. I find it nauseating because since they are in the wrong in the 1st place by having our items stolen, they still want to make their profit by insisting on the one-for-one exchange. I asked them what is the difference the person, Diana (who refused to give me her number) keep insisting on using email correspondences instead of providing a number to call. Hello she thought I am so free to keep checking my mails? This Diana told me that they have fully absorbed the stolen items. My question is, so why does she still keep insisting on the one-for-one exchange?

    I told them to deliver my unaffected items immediately. However till now I still have not seen my order delivered. I called up the courier company who delivers the clothes and they said Cleocat has asked them to hold my order because of my e-mail to Cleocat telling them that the courier company has been lying that they have been calling me to confirm my delivery but I was not answering my calls. I did not even receive any missed calls or sms. I even challenged to ask for my call summary from my phone operator to prove my innocence and the courier company is lying. The courier company is by the name of FCS Worldwide Express, the admin girl is Fiza.

    Even so, this Diana refused to believe me and keep insisting on using e-mail correspondence instead of calling. This case should be considered urgent because my friends and I have bought the clothes for our overseas trip and I am leaving the country this coming Fri. Diana even has the cheek to tell me that Cleocat did not ask the courier company to hoold back my order. So who is lying?

    We are totally upset about the whole event. First it was the lost clothes. 2nd it was the forced exchage and no refund issue. Now it is the courier company lying and we are being accused like that when we are the victim. We are very tired of receiving such poor service and accusations. Excuse me, why do we have to pay for what has happened since we are paying customers? Instead, Cleocat should get compensation from the delivery company who hired those thieves ?!?! Rather than forcing customers to do an exhange so that cleocat can still earn some profit, get the money from the company who cause this ugly situation.

    This is really bad service and poor customer maintenance.

    Please do not use Cleocat or FCS Wordwide Express.

    And not only Cleocat sucks, Cleocat uses the courier company by the name of FCS Worldwide Express sucks too. I called up FCS to lodge a complaint and to speak to the boss. The person who picked up the call said he is the Operations Manager. He told me he knows about the whole story and ask me to go back to Cleocat if I want to lodge any complaint on FCS. I told him that Cleocat ask me to go back to FCS and FCS ask me to go back to Cleocat so who is lying. I told him I want to speak to his boss he said he is the boss. I said I want to speak to his boss he refused and told me he is the overall in-charge and ask me to stop calling. I told him I don't want to talk to him I want to talk to his boss he screamed at me and said he don't want to talk to me too.

    What a bad mannered "boss" ? This is too nauseating.

    I was thinking of that too but to my horror CASE wants to charge a membership fee (compulsary) of $25 per annum and an admin fee of $25 per complaint filed. I'm seething with anger now.

    ordered a dress from them, and their quality are inferior. not as nice as they made them look like on pictures. utterly disappointed

    Well, you can discontinue the membership after a year. Cant remember how much i was charged though. But if you want to get your money back, i think it is quite worthed it. I mean you don't deserve such treatment and they didn't deliver what they promised. You can provide the fax number on the website for the file complaint. It will show them not to push the blame around, and give others a warning. You won't want others to fall into the same predicament right?

    Thanks unravel moi. I will file a complaint with CASE when I get back to SGP. I hope as many people will see this thread and be warned aginst buying anything from Cleocat and using FCS Worldwide Services.

    hey girl, sorry to hear about your incident.

    held like 8 sprees with Cleocat before and have never come across this case...
    though I must say the operators behind the courier company are like not taking their job seriously ):

    i have joined cleocat fashion spree before. first, their clothes look really inferior...

    but cheap la.
    so cannot blame.

    I dun mind settling for less superior quality but not service. There is no compromise. U got to be sincere and honest when you do business. Nobody likes to be cheated. Moreover, they lost my order and wants me to pay for the lost. This is uncalled for.

    Might want to write in to Straits Times.

    but their attitude is really bad. Will probably not buy anything from them.
    I did buy once and i do find the clothes quality bad.

    And to think they charge $1.50 for per piece for registered mail. The minimum order is 15 pieces and for 15 pieces for registered mail, it will cost $22.50. In their website they state they are not liable for any lost items under normal SingPost. They are plain trying to tell us to better choose registered mail (Sucky FCS Worldwide Services). So what if I opt for registered mail? The service sucks and I still have my items lost.

    Hi, I have ordered from them sometime back I think was last yr...
    The goods I recv is completely diff from their pic... like those u got from some china/ Taiwan sprees.

    Never mind and 5 pcs out of 35 pcs is defect/tore/missy buttons ECT...
    So I asked them for 1 for 1 exchange. They agreed, and I mailed the 5 pcs back to them. I wait n waited so long and I have to chase them like mad a woman...
    the reply telling me that they do not have any more stocks for the 5 pcs tt I wish to exchange, so I choose other items of the same value.

    Guess what they reply me?
    They say I have to met the min requirements (15 pcs) before they can proceed.
    Means if I want to exchange the 5 pcs I need to order another 10 pcs????!!!

    I don’t mind ordering more if the cs is good and the clothes look 80 % like the pic....

    Terrible experience.

    i also purchased some goods from cleocat last month, the quality is terrible...totally different from the picture and the size is not exactly the same as mentioned in the web site

    they refused to talk to me on the phone and didn't reply my email, i really wanna go directly to their return address 'Blk9010, Tampines st93, #04-103, singapore 528844'.....eventually i gave up as i dun think they will give me a good answer
