    Lol I saw a cute pair in far east and just got it for display.
    It's shutter shades and the colour is in the shape of an american flag. ;D

    Personally guys who wear them aren't that cool, shutter shades to me are like a WANNABE cool thing. JUST BE AS CUTE AS YOU ARE and you wouldnt hve to worry about being cool. You dont need shutter shades to catch a girls attention, trussssst me i know :

    Yup only good on pictures but not on a daily outfit. It's doesn't have any purpose other than to make you look weird.
